Mae's Melodies Booking Policy

Thank you for considering Mae's Melodies for your event! To ensure a smooth booking process and memorable experience, please review the following booking policy:

1. Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing, either via email or through an official booking form.

• A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Mae's Melodies.

2. Payment Terms:

• The balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days after the event.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking fee.

4. Event Details:

• Accurate details of the event (date, time, location, audience size, etc.) must be provided at the time of booking.

• Any changes to the event details must be communicated as soon as possible. Significant changes may affect availability and fees.

5. Setup and Equipment:

• Mae's Melodies will provide all necessary musical equipment unless otherwise agreed.

• The client must ensure that the venue is equipped with adequate power supply and space for setup.

6. Performance Duration:

• Performance duration and timing will be agreed upon during the booking process.

• Additional performance time may be accommodated at an extra charge, subject to availability.

7. Health and Safety:

• The client is responsible for ensuring the venue complies with all health and safety regulations.

• If the venue is deemed unsafe, Mae's Melodies reserves the right to refuse performance.

• Care home staff must provide adequate supervision of all residents during the performance.

8. Special Requests:

• Song or performance requests can be accommodated with sufficient notice (at least 14 days prior to the event).

• Additional fees may apply for extensive repertoire changes or learning new material.

9. Force Majeure:

• Mae's Melodies will not be liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, illness, or venue issues. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or find an alternative solution.
